I obtained my apprentice auctioneer's license in 2000, my realtors license in 2001, my principal auctioneer's license in 2002, my brokers license in 2004 and in October of 2009 I had the great opportunity to buy the company. I graduated Nancy High School in 1973. I worked for Pulaski County for 35 years retiring in September of 2009. I worked for the Sheriffs office, was the elected Jailer and ended with a 15 year career as the 9-1-1 Director. I live in Somerset, my mother, Ovelene Barker lives on West Hwy 80, my son David, his wife and children live in Lexington, KY and I proudly attend Oak Hill Baptist Church. |

| Julie Godby Hamilton has been in the Real Estate business since 1996. She is the daughter of Samuel Ray Godby and the late Joan Linkes Godby. Julie grew up working auctions and helping Dad.
